*First, you will need to make sure that you are registered on the Feedback site in order to post any threads on the board. In order to register, simply click on “Register” at the very top center of the page. When you register, be sure to use your WTE username as the username for your proboards.com account, this way we will know who it is that is leaving us feedback.
*Once you have registered for the site you are now ready to reply to threads and/or create new threads. Remember, you do not need to login if you only want to read feedback, however, you will not be allowed to post/reply to any threads unless you are logged in.
*In order to post feedback for a member who already has a folder created you will need to first locate the username of the person you have traded with. For example, let’s say you want to post feedback for sallysue123; you will need to click on the folder labeled “Usernames S-V,” then scroll down until you find his/her username. Once you find the correct username click on it. There are then TWO ways you can reply to the thread to leave feedback. You can either click on “reply” located in the blue box in the top right hand corner and leave your feedback in the body of the message box then scroll down and click on “Post Reply” OR you can scroll all the way down to the bottom where it says “Quick Reply” and leave your feedback in the body of the message box then click on “Post Reply.”
*If you are trying to locate a member to leave them feedback and you cannot find his/her username then you will need to create a new thread for him/her. For example, let’s say you need to leave feedback for JonDoe456 but you can’t find his username anywhere to post a reply to. In order to leave him feedback you will need to click on the folder labeled “Usernames J-L” then click on “new thread” located in the blue box in the top right hand corner. In the subject line type “JonDoe456” then leave your feedback in the body of the message box, scroll down and click on “Post Reply.” You have now created a thread for JonDoe456!
**Important Note** When creating a new thread be sure to ONLY put the username of the person that you are leaving feedback for in the subject line and make sure that you have the appropriate spelling! This will make it easier for people to locate members as well as help to prevent duplicate folders from being created.
