It is NOT illegal to trade coupons or formula checks on trading boards such as WTE's Freecycle/Swaps board!!! There are absolutely ZERO laws against it which means that it cannot be illegal and there is no legal action that can be taken for trading coupons. At the bottom of most coupons it says something along the lines of "Coupon may be void if copied, transferred, reproduced, sold or exchanged..."
