1) If you have a bad trade, be sure to attempt to contact the person both via email and on the freecycle board first. If you do not hear back from them or receive your end of the trade in a reasonable amount of time then you will be able to explain what went wrong under the "Bad Swappers" folder on the feedback board by creating a folder with their WTE username as the subject.
2) If you report someone as a bad trader, please keep it clean. No cussing them out or threatening them...just stick to the facts and you will get your point accross. Also, it is against the rules to post personal addresses (city and state is ok). If you are in violation of posting someone's address your post will be modified.
3) Finally, if you feel you have been scammed (or have suspicions about someone) please make sure to email the following people to make them aware of the situation. Be sure to provide them with as much detail about the trade as possible (what you traded, date of trade, username and email of scammer, etc):
