Sent a coupon from the target baby mailer in exchange for 3 stamps. I know it had a slight rip in it (nothing that would prohibit you using it - bar code fine). She told me she sent 1 cent stamps first, and would put 3 forever stamps in the mail since it was her mistake. It's been 2 1/2 weeks and haven't received anything.
She finally emailed me back with a picture of the coupon totally ripped with numbers on the barcode missing saying target won't accept it. Well of course not, when you rip of numbers on the barcode. Wouldn't be surprised if she tapes in back together and goes to the store and uses it!
If you trade with her, have her send her end first!
